We have trained over 200+ mental health first aiders from various departments to provide initial support to those who need it.

We developed eLearning programmes and delivered live trainer led virtual sessions around mental health, wellbeing and resilience.
We deliver regular live sessions that go out organisation-wide around mental health and building resilience.
We have developed bespoke eLearning programmes on how to look after the wellbeing of their people and customers.
