The online course was specifically designed to be lighter touch than the management course and focused on individual wellbeing. The online platform worked well in terms of delivering this as it allowed staff to undertake the training at their own pace at a time that suited them. Our courses can be hosted on our systems, or on your own LMS. If you don't have one, no problem. We will host it for you and give you your own group management portal so that you can monitor and manage your own learners.
They are all different. Typically between 15 - 90mins. Our system lets you jump back in and pick up where you left off. It's also mobile responsive, which means you can learn when it suits you, in the office or working more flexibly. Desktop, Laptop, tablet or mobile phone, we've got you covered.
