We've trained and supported Mental Health First Aiders from across the business and delivered tailored programmes for directors and senior business leaders.
Our work has included accredited Mental Health First Aid training, bespoke leadership courses, and, from 2025, we will be rolling out Neurodiversity Awareness Training for managers.
Our sessions have been warmly welcomed, including personal support and engagement from Managing Director Dan Everitt, demonstrating the power and impact of a top-down approach.
Leadership involvement not only sets the tone for a culture of care but also drives real, organisation-wide change in how mental health and wellbeing are prioritised.
