Mental Health and Wellbeing Ally’s Programme delivered to people across the business.
Bespoke Programmes
Flexible options that can also be tailored to meet the needs of a global company.

With a global presence spanning more than 140 locations across 42 countries and a workforce of 32,000 employees, Norsk Hydro is committed to championing employee wellbeing on an international scale.
We’re delighted to have partnered with Hydro to launch a bespoke Mental Health and Wellbeing Allies programme across their UK and Benelux operations.
Training has been delivered in English, German, French and Dutch – thoughtfully tailored to reflect local cultures and contexts, and signposting participants to relevant regional resources. This ensures the training is both meaningful and practical for every location.
Through this initiative, we’ve trained and supported a network of dedicated Mental Health and Wellbeing Allies, who are now actively supporting their colleagues’ wellbeing across the business.

With flexible training options shaped around Hydro’s needs, it’s been a pleasure to work alongside individuals who are not only learning how to support others but also gaining tools to look after their own mental health.
What the client said
"Oakwood as a team are fantastic at really understanding what you need and how to support your journey to get there. The whole team from administration to delivery are a class act! I’ve worked with Terry and the team at Oakwood for the past 8 years at two different businesses and they have got better and better! A class delivery and follow up."

Daniel Billetop
UK Training and Development Manager at Hydro
"We chose to partner with Oakwood following a recommendation. The Mental Health Allies Programme was interactive, informative and really helped introduce the team to the difference we could make to a colleague's wellbeing.
Since the training, we have launched Mental Health Allies in all our UK sites. We have made a great start and we look forward to continuing to build the role.We now include mental wellbeing in all of our daily agendas. We can definitely see it more visually at our sites and people are now talking about it which is a big step forward for our business."
