Managers have a unique opportunity to shape team culture by fostering psychologically safe workplaces where employees feel supported and can bring their authentic selves to work without fear of repercussions.
In this training, we look at how to recognise the signs of poor mental health, how to talk to employees about their wellbeing, and how to provide appropriate support and signposting. We talk about the common concerns managers have along with strategies for self-care and stress management for managers themselves, along with how to build personal and team resilience.

Meaningful change doesn’t happen as a result of one session. On completion of the live training, your people will receive free additional practical resources to enhance their learning and share with their teams.
We also offer a range of additional options that can be blended into an optional package of post-training support.

'Upskill' Sessions: A chance for individuals and teams to join our interactive live sessions and webinars to enhance their skillset and deepen their understanding of vital topics.
