In this lone working training, we focus on dynamically assessing risks and identifying personal safety threats. Whether it’s travelling alone or conducting home visits, we offer practical advice to keep individuals safe. We cover situational awareness, maintaining a proactive mindset, and making sound decisions under stress. Plus, we explore how attitude and communication style can impact a situation. 

Your lone workers will learn how to effectively diffuse and de-escalate conflicts. We can optionally provide techniques for disengagement, breakaway, and self defence, ensuring they feel confident and prepared.

Post-Training Support

Meaningful change doesn’t happen as a result of one session. On completion of the live training, your people will receive free additional practical resources to enhance their learning and share with their teams.

We also offer a range of additional options that can be blended into an optional package of post-training support.
